Lyman First, Saints Second After Round One of Liberty League’s

Sam Lyman shot two under par to lead the St. Lawrence University men's golf team on day one of the Liberty League Championships at the par-72 Shenendoah Golf Club at the Turning Stone in Verona, N.Y. on Friday.

Lyman leads the Scarlet and Brown with a 70, while Jimmy King is tied for fifth, just one over par, with a 73.

Cooper Evans is tied for ninth with a 74, while both Wes Bevins and Ben Scholes are tied for 20th with a 77.

St. Lawrence shot a combined 294 and sit in second place after the first round, while Skidmore leads with a 288 and Rochester sits in third with a 296.
