Apr. 24: St. Lawrence University's women's lacrosse team built a 4-1 lead in the first half of its Liberty League game at Vassar Friday afternoon, but then the roof fell in as Vassar scored ten straight en route a 11-5 win over the Saints.
Vassar improves to 9-5 overall and 5-3 in the Liberty League, while the Saints, who will conclude their season at Bard on Saturday, are 3-11 overall and 1-7 in league play.

Greta Massey and
Kara Hurley scored three consecutive first half goals for the Saints to snap a 1-1 tie and give SLU its 4-1 lead. The Brewers cut it to 4-3 at the half and then scored the first eight goals of the second half before
Kiera Taussig scored the final goal of the game for the Saints.
Juilia Trudell had three goals and an assist including three straight in Vassar's second half run and Isabelle Goldstein had three goals and three assists for the Brewers.
Addie Cunningham made six saves in the first half while Cricket Weymss had four in the second half for the Saints. Kate Pula had five saves for Vassar.
Michaela Maybee had the other goal for the Saints and
Hayden Stein had two assists.
The Saints had a 13-4 advantage in draw controls, but Vassar had a 27-23 edge in shots, 26-17 advantage in ground balls and the Saints had 29 turnovers.
