Whiteface Mountain

Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid, New York, home of the 1980 Winter Olympic Alpine skiing events, is the home course for the St. Lawrence University Alpine ski team. Whiteface provides challenging FIS homologated giant slalom and slalom terrain, which is available up to six days per week. On-snow training and/or racing begins in early November and often continues into April.

The St. Lawrence University Alpine ski team has closed trails at Whiteface to utilize the training space safely, and also has access to the NYSEF training building.
