Sammis Tennis Courts
St. Lawrence boasts one of the finest tennis facilities in the Northeast. Renovated in the summer of 2010, the Sammis Tennis Courts are home to the Saints' men's and women's tennis teams, and are also available for use by fitness club members. The facility includes six lighted competition courts with a double-sided center grandstand book-ended by coaching and video towers.
The Sammis Tennis Courts are named after St. Lawrence Athletic Hall of Famer Sam Sammis, a two-time MVP in tennis who also played on two NCAA hockey tournament teams. He holds the best winning percentage record in St. Lawrence tennis history with 34 wins and just two losses.
