Former Saint Haley Preston joins the field hockey and women's lacrosse coaching staffs as an assistant coach.
A 2013 graduate, Haley played three years of field hockey for the Saints before missing her senior year due to injury. She served as a student assistant coach for the fall of 2012. A three-time NFHCA All-Academic selection and two-time Liberty League All-Academic, Haley was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as an undergraduate and played in 28 career games for the Saints.
Preston served as an intern in the Student-Athlete Academic Services department at the University of Akron in 2012 and has been Assistant Director of Admissions at Western Reserve Academy in Ohio. She served as head field hockey, assistant boys hockey and assistant girls lacrosse coach at Western Reserve. Preston will also be an assistant coach for the women's lacrosse program.
