Megan Kellogg finished second in the 10,000-meter run at the Cortland Classic on Saturday with an All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Conference Championship qualifying time of 38 minutes, 54.70 seconds. Kellogg, who was running the distance for the first time in her collegiate career, ranks third on the Liberty League performance list.
