Danaher won the shot put at the Utica College Blue and Gold Invitational on Saturday with a mark of 15.29 meters, just seven centimeters shy of his personal best. His best throw came on his last attempt and vaulted him from second into first place, and the mark is 59 centimeters better than his nearest competitor's best in the Liberty League this season. He added a seventh-place finish in the weight throw with a toss of 15.58 meters, just one centimeter shy of his best.
