Ian Clough won the 100- and 200-meter dash and was on the winning 4x100 relay to lead the Saints to a win in the season-opening Ice Breaker Open at Merrick-Pinkard Track on Saturday. Clough  qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Conference Championships with a time of 10.91 seconds in the preliminary round of the 100, good for a tie for 29th on the NCAA Division III performance list. He came back with a 10.94 to beat his closest collegiate competitor by 0.68 seconds. He was even more dominant in the 200, beating his nearest competitor by 0.85 seconds with a 22.88.
