Megan Kellogg won the individual title at the 2016 Liberty League Women's Cross Country Championship at William Smith on Saturday, leading the Saints to a second-place finish. Kellogg, who also won the race in 2015, covered the six-kilometer course in 22 minutes, 6.9 seconds, an average pace of 5:56 per mile, to beat the rest of the 121-runner field by 21 seconds.
