Smith was the men's individual Liberty League champion as he led the 118 runner field with a time of 25:36.25 on the 8000 meter course. Smith became the 15th Saints individual champion since 1995, but the first since 2012. The men's cross country team also extended it's string of Liberty League championships to 21, finishing first with 19 points.
