Thomas finished in third place in the 2014 Atlantic Regional Championship on Saturday, leading the Saints to victory and the seventh straight team bid to the NCAA Championships.  He finished the 8000m course in 25:16, posting one of the best ever finishes at Regionals by a St. Lawrence underclassmen.
