2014: Dowers started every game for the Saints as a junior. He was ninth on the team with 23 groundballs and ranked fourth on the team with 13 caused turnovers.

2013: Dowers added depth to the Saints' defensive unit in his sophomore year. He played in five games and added a ground ball against Vassar.

2012: Dowers played in three games during his rookie season including Plattsburgh State, Cazenovia and Union.

At Princeton High
Dowers was a dual-sport athlete, competing on the lacrosse and football teams. The Cranbury, NJ native had an exceptional career for the lacrosse team, as he served as a captain and was a two-time All-State and All-Conference selection over his four-year career as a starter.
