2014: Newman started all 14 games as a junior for the Saints and grabbed 10 groundballs. He had a season-best four groundballs in the 8-7 win over Geneseo.

2013: Newman bounced back from his 2012 season-ending injury in style, playing in 13 contests at defense for St. Lawrence. He totaled 10 ground balls and four caused turnovers and earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

2012: Newman was forced to miss the 2012 campaign due to injury. He will look to make an impact in the spring of 2013.

At Fort Collins
Newman was a stand-out lacrosse player while earning a spot on the Honor Roll. A team captain his senior year, he was an All-American, a two-time All-State selection and a four-time All-Conference honoree.
