Geschickter played basketball at Brookline High School and Gould Academy. At Brookline, Geschickter was a senior captain, a Greater Boston All-Star selection, A Shot For Life nominee and participant and made two playoff appearances with his team. At Gould, his team made a NEPSAC Final Four appearance. Geschickter is an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society.
