Biography

2017-18: Ederer missed more than half of his junior season due to injury, but recorded one goal and five assists in 15 games played...He scored his lone goal of the season at RPI on January 12 and had four points through three games from February 24 to March 3....He was also named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team. 

2016-17: Ederer had a breakout season offensively for St. Lawrence as a sophomore with nine goals and nine assists for 18 points, all career highs…He led the Saints with three game-winning goals, one of which helped the Saints beat Dartmouth 5-4 on Feb. 24 and clinched a first-round bye in the ECAC Hockey playoffs…He also scored the game-winning goal in the Saints 2-0 win over Quinnipiac in the first round of the quarterfinals.

2015-16: Ederer made his collegiate debut in the season opener against Niagara and played in 19 games in his rookie season...He scored his first collegiate goal at Merrimack and finished his rookie year with two goals.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Ederer had 21 goals and 28 assists last season for the Merritt Centennials in the BCHL...He was named the Most Gentlemanly Player Award winner...He also had an outstanding prep career at the Nichols School, earning Most Improved Player honors as a freshman...He made the All-Tournament Team at the Northwood Invitational...He also played baseball and earned the Coaches Award at Nichols...He is the son of Dave and Michelle Ederer.
