2016-17: The two-year captain, Edwards concluded his four-year career 11^th on the Saints all-time scoring list with 1,282 points in 94 games. He earned his membership to the 1,000 point club against Brockport on January 6, 2017. Edwards also earned Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year and was named a member of the NABC All-East First Team, All-Liberty League First Team, D3hoops.com All-East Region Second Team and the All-ECAC Second Team. He also received CoSIDA Academic All-District honors for the 2016-17 season. He was the second leading in scoring and assists for the Saints as well as seventh in conference standings. He was also third in the league for assist-to-turnover ratio.

2015-16: Edwards was among the leaders for the Saints in nearly all offensive categories and earned First-Team All-Liberty League honors as a junior captain … He played and started 25 games and led the squad with 14.9 points per game (373 points) and also led the team with 33 steals and 84 assists … He also led the Saints with 78 free throws made and 102 attempts as well as 55 3-point baskets and 129 attempts … He led the Liberty League in assist-to-turnover ratio and was among the top five in the league in several shooting categories including 3-point percentage and free throw percentage … He was the Liberty League Player of the week and an All-Tournament selection at the Medaille Tournament … He was named to the Liberty League weekly honor roll five times and was a Liberty League All-Tournament selection … He earned a spot on the Liberty League All-Academic squad.

2014-15: Edwards missed the first eight games of the season but returned to start against RPI and started each game for the rest of the year … He finished third on the team averaging 10.5 points per game and was third on the team with 25 3-pointers made … He scored a season-best 19 points against Bard in early February in the middle of a stretch of four consecutive double-digit scoring games … He scored at least 10 points in five of the last six games of the year … He was 7-for-10 from the field and 4-for-5 from 3-point range with 18 points against Vassar in early February … Earned a spot on the Liberty League All-Academic team … He was named the St. Lawrence Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 9.

2013-14: Edwards was named the unanimous choice for Liberty League Rookie of the Year after averaging 11.4 points per game. The Norwich, NY native shot 41% from the floor and 39% from behind the arc while totaling 83 assists and 24 steals. Kyle was in the top-7 in the league in assists per game and 3-pt percentage, earning a spot on the conference's All-Rookie squad.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Edwards was a two-sport athlete, competing in basketball and football. A captain of the basketball squad, he earned All-Division, All-Section and All-State honors. The Norwich, N.Y. native is also a member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student.
