2014: A first-team all-league selection, Kara led the Saints in scoring with 11 goals and four assists for 26 points and had two game winning goals. She scored three goals in a game twice during the season and had a goal in five of the last seven games. She has 16 goals and six assists in the last two seasons for the Saints.

2013: Kara earned honorable mention All Liberty League honors and was the second leading scorer for the Saints with five goals and 2 asists for 12 points. She scored her first of the year in a 4-1 win over Hartwick and also had goals in games against RPI, Vassar, Morrisville and Nazareth. Her goal against Vassar came on a penalty stroke.

2012: Kara played in 12 games for the Saints, starting five. She made her collegiate debut against Oneonta and scored her first collegiate point with an assist against Vassar.
