As a first-year, Hennessy made eight appearances for the Saints.

Prior to St. Lawrence

Hennessy was a member of the basketball, track & field, hockey and volleyball teams at Arnprior District High School. She earned MVP honors in hockey and was the top defenseman in basketball. She earned honor roll honors all four years and was also an assistant captain for the Ottawa Junior Lady Sens.
