Performers of the Week:
Men's Track & Field Co-Performer of the Week: Nick Lyndaker
Lyndaker earned a record-breaking performance at the Utica Winter Opener, beating a 42-year-old school record in the 1,000-meter run previously set by Dave Elster in 1984 by posting a time of 2:26.72. With this achievement, Lyndaker officially becomes the most decorated record-holder in Saints men's indoor track and field history, now holding program records in the 1,000m, 1,500m, 3,000m, and the mile.Â
Women's Squash Rookie of the Week: Eboni Atherley
Atherley had a solid week, going 2-0 for the Saints from the number two spot in the ladder. Atherley took on Brown's Anya Kawlekar in her first match of the week and took an 11-4, 8-11, 11-8, 11-8 victory. Then, against F&M, she took on Rory Dasher and won the first and fourth games to force a winner-take-all fifth game, where she won 11-3 for the win.Â
