Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week: Griffin Roeder
The men's cross country team opened its season with a dominant performance at the Plattsburgh 5K, taking the top three spots Saturday morning in Plattsburgh. Roeder led the Saints from Plattsburgh 5K with a winning time of 15:48.4 seconds.

Women's Cross Country Performer of the Week: Charlotte Blake
Blake was the individual champion at the Plattsburgh 5K last weekend. She beat her personal record by 51 seconds. She went sub-19, crossing the line with a time of 18:59.6. The Saints obtained a perfect score at the meet.

Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week: Madison Beaudoin
Beaudoin finished her first collegiate race in second place at the Plattsburgh 5K, recording a collegiate PR time of 19:00.2. The Saints obtained a perfect score at the meet.
