Cassia Hameline, a senior running cross country for the first time, led St. Lawrence to a shutout win over a five-team field at the Plattsburgh Cardinal Invitational. Her winning time of 18:10.0 is the fastest a Saint runner has ever run on the Plattsburgh course.
