A three-year captain and an all-league performer in each of her four seasons, she was twice field event MVP in the state meet and is the St. Lawrence record holder in the 100 hurdles, heptathlon and a member of the record-setting sprint medley relay team. She finished sixth in the NCAA heptathlon as a junior and was third as a senior and holds the New York State Collegiate Track Conference record in that event.

She was Liberty League indoor champion in the long jump, triple jump and hurdles and won five events in the league outdoor meet as a senior, the long jump, triple jump, javelin, 100 hurdles and 400 hurdles. She also won five events in a dual meet against Rochester and accounted for 70 points, outscoring 13 teams in the meet, in the 1998 NYSCTC Championship.

Now an athletic director and assistant counselor in Texas, she coached 22 NCAA Division II qualifiers including 12 All Americas while an assistant coach at Texas A&M Kingsville. Reili and her husband Ruben are the parents of a son, Jaanus.
