Myron Ohmann

One of the few St. Lawrence men who have lettered in four sports, Myron Ohmann earned the “L” in football and basketball three times and also earned letterman status in baseball and tennis.

His touchdown catch beat Clarkson 7-0 in the 1938 renewal of the North Country football rivalry and he captained both the tennis and basketball teams and was a consistent scorer on the basketball squad.

Myron was elected to Kixioc, the men’s academic honorary society in his senior year.

He saw combat in the Pacific during World War II and later was a highly respected teacher of mathematics.
