One of the first women’s squash recruits in St. Lawrence history, Grace “Gigi” Tuten Kuhnmunch had an enormous impact on the Saints’ women’s squash program.
She still holds school records for career wins (55), winning percentage (.902), and wins in a season (22 in 2001-02). She helped lead the team to a program-best 12th place national ranking in her sophomore season, as the Saints finished the year 18-5.
Grace was an individual qualifier at CSA Nationals, served as a team captain in her senior year, and helped lead the team to a 41-27 record in her four years at St. Lawrence.
The owner of a clothing boutique in Ardmore, Pa., Grace lives in Haverford, Pa., with her husband, Caleb Lee Kuhnmunch ’04, and her sons, John Spencer and William Gray.
